The servants keep mentioning how they have been cursed for ten years. Since the curse is taking its final turn when the prince turns 21, this makes him aged eleven at the time he met the enchantress, which seems unlikely. Moreover, Chip as seen in the finale is clearly younger than ten; so one should wonder how exactly his mother had him and with whom.
All of the enchanted objects stayed the same age, while the beast aged, as he was a living creature and they were objects. Chip and the Beast were 8 and 11 when the curse was put on the castle. The beast aged 10 years, while Chip stayed the same…8 years old.
